Terms and Conditions
All purchases of our products should be performed by people 18 years old age or older. If your a minor, you will need a parent or legal guardian's permission to make a purchase.
Packages are shipped Standard First-Class mail USPS.
First-Class International USPS packages will take longer to arrive due to the package is being shipped out of the United States.
Packages are dispatched about 2-4 days after the payment is recieved and are shipped via Standard First-Class USPS and drop-off without signature. Tracking Numbers are not available for Standard First-Class USPS shipments.
Although I do everything in my power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, I will either email to inform you or we may also upgrade to a similar item or one of higher value. Cash refunds are not accepted to this option.
As we have no control over our customer's monitor settings (colors, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee that colors will be exactly as they appear on my website.
It is your responsibility to ensure the right shipping address is provided. Should a package be returned due to unknown address, refused, not called for, or address incomplete or wrong we will have to charge the actual cost of delivery to re-send. This includes all orders with free delivery. Should a costomer wish to cancel a order due to package returned, we will deduct the actual cost of delievery from any refund due.
Check and Cash Orders:
I am not responsible for lost or stolen cash during transit.
Make sure your cash is carefully concealed and cannot be seen through the envelope.
Please send cash along with a print out of your order # or incoice in a concealed envelope to the address that will be given to you after communication through email. Thank you.
Orders will be shipped upon receiving your payment.
I will only hold orders for 7 days (1 week) unless stated other wise.
Receiving the Wrong or Broken Item:
You need to notify me within 7 days of your order about any discrepancies in your order, or if you reveive an item that is broken. After 7 days, all sales are final. No exception.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
If you withdraw from your purchae within 7 days of receipt we will issue a full refund after we have recieved and examined the product(s). You are responsible for the return postage.
If you require a different product or an exchange you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable for exchanged and that additional postage will apply. Please note that the address to send refunds will be given to you in a email after discussing the problem. Thank you.
Note: Returns are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recomend you use a recorded service that requires our signature upon receipt. Always inclue your order number!
