What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in USD.

Why havent I got my tracking number? Where is my package?
You HAVE to give your email when you fill out your information at check out. If you do not give you email, you will not get any updates on where your package is at. And, wont get your tracking number via email.
How should I send money in the mail?
The best is PayPal. But if you unable to do that please do one of the following. If your sending real money in the mail, ship it first class and/or certified. First class would mean we will know where that package has been.. it would be tracked and still logged on the computers at the post office. So if it gets lost, it would be easier to find out what happened to it. Certified would make the person who recieves the money, will have to sign it. So just incase your money does not get to me.. and gets to someone else.. we can at least see who signed for it. The best choice for you to do is pay using a money order, or check, so that way there is full proof of who you are giving that money to and who it is from for how much and when.

How Is My Order Shipped?
Orders are shipped U.S.P.S from our local post office. Have a account with UPS or FedEX and would like your order shipped UPS or FedEx? Please send me a email at PastelBunBun@aol.com. We are more then happy to accommodate your requests. Please note that shipping UPS or FedEx is very costly.
Tracking numbers for Canada/International?
Yes we give tracking numbers for Canada and International as well as United States orders.
How Long Does it Take to Process a Order?
We process our orders as soon as we can, in the order they are received. We ask that you please allow at least 7-10 business days from delievery (delivery time may vary based on the U.S.P.S). If you dont get your order after 7-10 business days please at most wait 1-3 weeks. Every now and then we will get backed up with orders. Especially during the holiday seasons. At that time we may need a few extra days to process your order. But, be assured that we do process orders as fast as possible.

What is your return policy?
We are more then happy to exchange or refund you on a item if we have sent you the incorrect item. All refunds will be refunded to the original credit card or paypal account that you used to purchase that order.
